Nessie Vinylcleaner ProPlus+ Record Cleaning Machine
The new Nessie Vinylcleaner ProPlus+ features automatic fluid dispensing and is the further development of the Nessie Vinylcleaner Pro record washing machine. All machines in the Vinylcleaner series are manufactured in Germany. They are reliable and used by record lovers all over the world. The Nessie Vinylcleaner ProPlus + has all the functions of the Nessie Vinylcleaner Pro, but also has an electric dosage and a microfiber brush.
The cleaning liquid is poured into the tank built into the device. The filling opening is on the front left of the device. A funnel is included for filling. The cleaning liquid is dosed into the double brush at the push of a button.
The double brush is equipped with two brushes: a microfiber brush and a NESSIE premium brush. Both brush heads are movably (swinging) suspended and thus adapt to the unevenness of the record. The premium brush is made from the finest, abrasion-free fibers in industrial quality. It is industrially manufactured in a traditional company in Germany in the Black Forest. The additionally installed microfiber brush distributes the liquid evenly and supports cleaning with microfiber technology.
In particular, users who wash a lot of records will appreciate the advantage of a permanently installed brush. It is tiring to keep the washing brush in the correct position for a long time. Usually this leads to the washing time being shortened or liquid getting onto the just dried back.
The heart of the Nessie Vinylcleaner ProPlus + is the suction technology of its big brother, the “Nessie Vinylmaster”. The same motors are installed and no compromises are made. The electronic control of the suction also corresponds to that of the Vinylmaster. The contact pressure during suction is therefore never closed This is a common problem of supposedly “powerful” machines from the Far East.
The case is made of 8 mm deep black acrylic and the platter is made of satined acrylic. Chrome-plated design and functional elements make the machine a real eye-catcher.
The elegant puck made of hard chrome-plated aluminum is also unique in this class. It has a rubber lip seal on the underside that protects the label from getting wet during hand washing. It seals without screws or clamps just by its own weight.
The in-house cleaning agent “Nessie Vinylin” is supplied in a practical 500 ml spray bottle, which enables the washing machine to be easily filled. The automatic change of direction of rotation supports the high cleaning effect.
Dynamic washing through automatic change of direction of rotation
The direction of rotation of the turntable changes automatically every 2 revolutions. This creates a dynamic washing operation without the user having to operate switches.
The Nessie suction – quiet and residue-free
When the drying arm is swiveled onto the plate, suction begins and all dissolved impurities are drawn deep out of the groove. The suction power adapts automatically. The suction ends automatically after 1 revolution change. The “residual strips” that are common with many flat vacuum cleaners do not exist with this Nessie Vinylcleaner .
High quality certified workmanship
The device is manufactured in a qualified factory in Seevetal near Hamburg. The case is made of deep black carbon acrylic. The high-quality look is underlined by elegant chrome and stainless steel elements. All devices have been tested and certified in accordance with the strict test regulations of the EU Machinery Directive.
Protection against electrostatics
The Nessie Vinylcleaner Pro record washing machine is protected against electrostatic charges in several ways, including the earthing of the record mandrel, the metal supports on the side and an antistatic turntable support. The “Vinylin” cleaning fluid is also antistatic.
Wash timer with LED display
The devices have an LED illuminated button that uses a timer to indicate the recommended minimum washing time. So you always use the correct washing time even with several plates.
Basotect sound insulation
The devices are fully soundproofed from Basotect, a high-quality soundproofing material from Bayer. This insulates the noise of the turbine to values ??below 60 dB.
Unique double brush arm
The machine is equipped with two brushes: a microfiber brush and a NESSIE premium brush. Both brush heads are movably (swinging) suspended and thus adapt to unevenness of the record. The additionally installed microfiber brush distributes the liquid evenly and supports cleaning with microfiber technology.
